WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Create and manage Partner network for building products (dealer/installer).
Establish AQUAPANEL presence and drive activities.
Responsible for new business development via prospecting, qualifying and closing.
Creation of strategic marketing plan and realization of related marketing actions in cooperation with local partners/agencies.
Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
Conducts one-on-one and group promotional presentations.
Provide account management to an existing territory.
Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.
Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
Responsible for coordination with the HQ for all technical, commercial, administrative and marketing assistance.
WHAT WE’D LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE:
University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
3-5 years’ experience in selling and in-depth knowledge of the construction industry; ideally in field of drywall construction material.
Fluent in English and domestic language.
Sales background with strong technical aptitude.
Strong market awareness and business recognition in the construction sector.
Commercial mindset and business acumen.
Customer focus with a solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Team spirit and effective teamwork.
Willingness to travel intensively.
