With the expansion of the Sales Department, we are now looking to recruit a Regional Manager in Thailand/Bangkok, who will report to the Business Development Director.

As a Regional Manager, you'll be overseeing overall business development with a focus on project and specification work to achieve annual revenue targets.
What you’ll be doing:
Problem-solving Expertise: Provide a company wide go-to-market plan, consultative solutions to prospects and understand clients’ business needs to develop targeted marketing and sales campaigns
Market Engagement: Maintain and develop client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle while providing account management. Create and implement strategic marketing plans in collaboration with local partners/agencies
Leadership: Grow and manage teams in the APAC regions, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training with strong leadership and presence
Performance: Execute sales forecasting activities and set performance goals to achieve company objectives. Develop and manage marketing/sales budget. Oversee the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, potential sales opportunities, and client base expansion areas
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Coordinate with HQ for technical, commercial, administrative, and marketing support. Track customer information, forecasts and reports, ensuring liaison between sales and other departments
Account Planning: Manage team to utilize systems e.g. Stratos, SalesForce to build account plans, focusing on the right projects in terms of size, timing, and winning opportunities

Education: Degree in business administration with a high technical understanding of the building materials industry
Experience: Proven track record in sales and marketing, with knowledge of various marketing and sales techniques, Strategic planning and strong organizational capabilities
Market Expertise: Essential experience in the building and construction industry
Language: Fluent in English, German is advantageous but not essential
Soft Skills: High motivation, leadership, and team management skills, excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Leadership: Ability to develop, manage, and implement strategies within the company
